Having extreme focus. Originates from the fact that when you have a boner you can focus on only one thing. Someone is said to have bonerfocus when they are heavily focused on a single task.
"Yea Claire, I can totally get that report done, it's going to take bonerfocus, but you'll have it on your desk first thing in the morning."
