A person who enjoys being an idiot, and harassing other people. They can usually be seen putting rodents and clothing articles into videostore quickdrops, writing profanity on peoples front doors, setting off firecrackers in crowded public places, and most often impersonating other people.

It is also often used as a fake name when one enquires ones name.
