A saying in which can be used in almost anything action, or thing that you do.
To hit, slap, blap, tap, love, put, bring, say, remark, jab, flap, do, bring, bump, drop, make sound, walk, contact, clip, drip, touch, send, locate, put, move, slide, crash, punch, pull, push, give, take, fart, make sound, etc... the list goes on. The most common and universal word next to "Fuck".
A word Key and Peele used in a segment with their Characters, Levi and Cedric. Which Cedric pulls out an actual bottle (jar) of lighting.
Also to be an expression used to not say... Bitch.

Eg. 1.) Yo, this fool didn't know I was as smart as I was, so I had to go and plop out my plan on him like, Bliiiiip.
Eg. 2.) Levi basically said to Cedric that his idea for an app had to be like having lighting in a bottle. Cedric came back and said that he had already got that. Levi being so closed minded told Cedric that it was only a figure of speech. Then Cedric pulled out his jar and told Levi straight up that, he had lighting in a bottle. Once Cedric the man busted it out so casually like it wasn't nothing new, told Levi.... "BLIP". Levi was astonished and needed to address it.
Eg. 2.) I looked my woman in the windows of her soul and said..............
(Looking around).....
......
.......
BLIIIIIIIIIIIIP!
But, did he really say that to her?

Used in discussion of Hebrew Mystics, of followers of the Cabala. Based on belief that certain words, originally Yahweh or God (as known today), were too holy to even say. Therefore Cabala mystics seem to use the custom to "blip" or not say "Hebrew" or "Jewish"; as in blipish rabbis were among those in attendance to unite the worlds' religions."

To give someone a little extra “whatfer” in a physical altercation. To pile on a beating well past the point of necessity.
Chuck: Did you hear about that fight behind O’Shea’s last night?
Danny: Oh shit yeah, bruh! Troy got a case of the blips & blaps from some drunk redneck.
Chuck: Sure did. Damn bruh, you would have thought the blipsing would have been enough. That hillbilly put Troy in the hospital with the blapsing. Poor fucker...
