A person who wears garments decorated with corporate logos, or slogans. The logo can be either the manufacturer or designer of the garment, or a sponsor (eg sports event sponsor). On a deeper level it refers to someone who feels that they must advertise their income level or taste in clothes in an obvious way to gain peer approval. Also refers to someone who unwittingly engages in the act of advertising by wearing such garments.
Wearing tracksuits or baseball caps with company logos, bags with the name of the designer printed on them. 'The human billboards thronged around the pit area like dancing biped TV ads.'

Billboard Boys: Term used to describe boys in their early 20s who have not yet fully matured yet because they are constantly thinking about their big dreams and disregarding other’s feelings of individuals around them. They tend to make friends to build networks use them to leverage for their personal gain. They are typically avoided by strong, independent women because they can’t handle how amazing they are. Disclaimer: Not ALL billboard boys stay the same their entire life. They usually grow out of this phase between ages 25-32 and begin to settle down and focus on being both successful and creating meaningful relationships.

The inability to read more than six words at a given moment. With the onslaught of mass advertising especially on billboards, humans have become accustomed to reading words at speeds of 25mph to 65mph (legally). Advertisers must keep the number of words down to around six as to make the ads stand out with large fonts.
Billboard Syndrome presents itself when some one is given a document to read with more than twenty words, and they only read several (average of six) of those words. It is primarily used by Technical Support and System Admins, when giving written instructions (such as to access an e-mail address account or other company or organization system), and still call the Help Desk or Sys Admin for help.

n.
A shirt that essentially makes the wearer a human billboard.
These types of shirts have a store's name and/or logo somewhere placed on it, usually across the front chest area.
-Usually nothing special or original about these kinds of shirts.
-Typically overpriced.
-A sign of social status
*Frequently found in elementary schools where if you do not own one, the likelihood of being in the in-crowd significantly decreases.
--Also found frequently in High School, but not so looked upon for social status.
Instead of the store/company paying for advertising, the naive consumer purchases the shirt to advertise for them for the sake of showing off that they are wearing a particular brand.

Spongebob: Mr. Krabs! I want on of those new Krusty Krab shirts!
Mr. Krabs: That will be $30, my dear boy!
Spongebob: *gives Mr. Krab the money* Yay! I can't wait to show off my shirt to all of Bikini Bottom!
Squidward: *mumbles "naive sponge... giving Mr. Krabs free advertising by buying a billboard shirt"*
