A 'Bic' is the most common type of lighter available. Tried, trusted and relatively inexpensive, its the only type of lighter I use.

1. (Verb) The act of taking someones lighter and not giving it back. To bic someone may be intentional or unintentional. The person who bic you may give it back depending on if they still have it, if having not been bic themselves.

Excuse me sir, do you have a lighter? My friend bic me.

It's not an acronym, but it is a safe way to say the word 'bitch' in school. If a teacher asks what you mean, say, "Oh! It's an acronym for 'beaches in California'. The teacher will walk away confused.

Me: oh, it means beach in California. I am simply criticizing her for being so peaceful!
