Best Borough can be defined by most, Manhattan. It is full of stunning architecture that can be glorious. There are others like Queens which is full of different cultures which is nice. Brooklyn are full of hillbillies (no offense if you are a brooklynite). Bronx has really great schools i guess.... for example Bronx Science , Bronx zoo and etc. Staten Island is boring by many people but some people find it interesting. I live in Queens BTW.
