'Belief' is the adoption of a position or attitude DESPITE the evidence, and comes perilously close to a working definition of 'insanity'. Thus, if we say we admire a person because "he stands up for his beliefs", we actually admire his compulsive commitment to his own contrived insanity. BELIEF is the nucleus of all conflict and wars. Evidence and logic are the dual pathway to sanity and peace.
"We must respect all beliefs"... meaning, we must comply with all departures from evidence and logic, which explains why we are increasingly at war.

Ideas and concepts that appear to be held within formal, rigid and airtight definitional standards, but are actually vague, abstract and only identifiable by the canner; as such, the contents carry no weight and only serves to fit the canner's purposes upon opening and inhaling the vapors of which then can be transformed into its final verbal bullshit adaptation.
Will suspects that Jenny's canned beliefs about him are merely stale brain farts trapped decades ago, freshly pulled out of her ass... He proves it by lighting the pilot on her own gaslight, it smells funny and her mind blows up.

the sense of liberation when long held beliefs seem to have fallen away; when it’s realised that there’s no longer a default to old programs/factory settings etc
There was belief-relief in realising that I didn’t have to be accomplished/ respectable/worthy/ confident.. etc etc
