Someone who's slutty for beauty. I.e., a person attracted to beauty enough to discount obvious character flaws. A guy, or girl, who only chats up the prettiest girl, or guy, in the room.
Mike: Chad only ever talks to the prettiest girls at parties.
Fred: Yeah, he'll be lucky if he can find a girl that's tolerable the next morning.
