"Bbg" Is a disguised acronym which holds dual meaning. It could refer to "beautiful baby girl" which is the most common meaning HOWEVER when talking to brown girls (most likely South Asian) it can also mean "Big brown girl".

Usually used as a joke or to pull away from awkward confrontation when accidentally dropping the "bbg" line who may not necessarily accept you as their "beautiful baby girl".

The example is a good reference.
