A school where everyone’s so ridiculously nice and kind it feels fake but then you realize it’s real. When you walk in time stops and the world may be burning but you can finally be free. Not to mention the Baygels are exquisite. Bay is the bittersweet feeling of having something awesome but also realizing it’s only four years.
You go to bay, what is the bay school on? You all are happy about going to school what the fuck?
Idk maybe meditation works or the people care or something? Who knows tbh? Nun ya nuns are good at teaching about racism I guess :( oh well .

While this literally expands to "tah tah for now, okay, thanks, goodbye..." the pop culture connotation is that you are making a flippant or perhaps merely hasty retreat from a conversation with the speed of a 1980s or 1990s Anime school girl. The character of Yukio in Deadpool 2 comes to mind, as well.
One can also shorten it further as "ttfn kthx bai" or "ttfnkthxbai".
Certainly related to, though a nuance in use of the constituant parts "ttfn" "kthx" and "bai". The "ttfn" adds a friendly aspect, while the "kthx" adds snark, followed by the finality of "bai" - when combined it forms a powerful and ambiguous immediate ending to a conversation, though ironically is often not the last words. It's quite common to have the other party respond with expressions of either offense or solidarity with your assertion using this phrasing.

You: "OMG, my pizza is here! I've got to go, sorry!"
Friend: "No problem..."

The Warner's Bay Mafia was an infamous gang located in Warner's Bay, Australia. Known for their indiscriminate vandalism and graffiti, no one messed with the WBM.
"Hey man, did you see the bin the Warner's Bay Mafia burned?"
"Yeah I did, I'm so frightened of them, they're so cool"
