The most worthless, largest chunk of crap company in all of not only car audio, but the known universe. A human being is not reachable by telephone. All customer service is taken care of by... Scratch that, there is no customer service. They are completely incapable of servicing any of their product, this includes; Phase Linear, Jensen, Terk, Advent... etc...
At the sight of audiovox product in my customers hand I told him, "Leave my store now. I will not install that garbage just to have it not work and waste another week of my life on the phone trying to reach a human capable of servicing me.".
