Ass-Flange is used to describe someones anus, when they have not wiped the feaces from it proerly after excretion, and therefore left feaces hanging from the anus.As a result,the feaces pertrude out from beyond he buttocks, some-what resembling the pertruding fashion of the labia minora, (Flange), of the female genitalia.
