Smart Japanese engineers design them in Japan. Once you buy a pair, you will 90 percent most likely only have asics as your running shoes for the rest of your life.

n. Killer running shoes. ASICS is an acronym that stands for the Latin phrase Anima Sono in Corpo Sono (Sound Mind, Sound Body). These shoes look clean, so a lot of people will wear them that aren't hardcore runners, but they run ridiculously well, so hardcore runners use them too.
