When someone says “woah, chill” they mean in a un-ironically ironic. As in they’re not actually meaning calm down, they’re just saying “woah, chill” for the hell of it.

A: (ORIGINAL DEFINITION)
Workout and chill (vulgar) Workout and then "Hangout"(Have sex)
"Hey Cindy, do you want to workout and chill? It'll be fun! plus, well get in extra cardio;)"
B: Workout and chill friendly
Workout and then hangout in a friendly way after.
"Hey Josh, do you want to workout and chill? We'll hit Chipotle afterword's and hangout."
