The birdman game amendment states that if a birdman shield is depicted anywhere in a room, the room is safe until the the shield is removed. The room is only under the shield's protection if students are legit working.
The birdman game amendment would go into effect if a group of chem 101 students are studying for their first chem test and someone JBROWN comes into the room and makes the birdman symbol. Everyone in the room is safe.

An amendment proposed to provide the same rights to vampires as are given to humans, i.e, they can own property, vote, etc. in the television show True Blood.
Bill Compton took over his family home after one of his relatives died. He began renovations assuming that the Vampire Rights Amendment (VRA) would pass. (characters in True Blood)

A social gathering where friends, family and co-workers get together to discharge firearms. This can be in a variety of forms including professional target practice, discharging firearms at a range or in the woods, or simply shooting cans in your backyard.
This particular event happens on Sundays. In the South, Second Amendment Sunday usually follows Church Service.
Second Amendment events, supporting the Constitution's second amendment "the right to bear arms", can be celebrated on other days of the week and will be called Second Amendment Monday, Second Amendment Tuesday...etc.

A caveat to the odds game which enables the user to withdraw from odds which have previously been given to them with no forefeit.
Orginally concieved when Grant Saint Clair lost his odds and was required to chin a pan of rum. Unable to face this he feebly asked for an amendment to be added which would allow him to be exempt from these odds.
The amendment was carried over to other members of the group with two rules only:
1. The amendment can only be used on a holiday/trip - it does not apply to every day situations.
2. Each individual within the group is entitled to only one use of their amendement.

Creation story:
John: "Grant, odds you down that pan of rum?"
Grant: "I cannot do this, I'm smashed."
John: "Fucking pussy, 5/1 max"
Grant: "3/1 ya prick"
John: "Count us in"
Steve: "3, 2, 1...."
Grant & John: "2"
All except Grant: "eyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy"
Grant: "I physically cannot do this. Pulling out my amendment, this is not happening tonight"
And so, Grant's Amendment was born.

A hypothetical amendment of the U.S. Constitution that allows citizens to party and have fun without government interference.
The 28th Amendment is a good thing for partygoers.
