I.E. installing used or aftermarket automotive parts on a post-loss vehicle that is less than a year old. In layman's terms, an "insurance company" that would rather put used parts or aftermarket parts (those not made by the manufacturer) on your vehicle that maybe as new as 1 month old to lower costs on claims rather than putting vehicles back into pre-loss condition.
