The way to excute the salute properly would be to approach the superior, issue a verbal greeting, followed by the extension of your hand palm up around midwaste. The verbal greeting is to always follow this format: "excuse me sir or ma'am, bull shit lie, request for currency"

The bull shit lie seems to follow the path of "my car ran out of gas and I am trying to get home to my kids can I borrow a few bucks to get home?"
