If businesses adapted in the region to pull together their access to water, good soil, industrial centers, and education all together to create a new economy largely based on producing a wider range of food products, by marrying high-tech with the agricultural space. Think green houses year round. Glass roofs melting snow for fresh water. Recursive systems that operated independently while requiring skilled human human input as well as not. Whole indoor environments spanning acres, or even miles, to give the people a healthier place to work and live.
