A special that is on a special

The Specials were one of the bands that defined two-tone ska music. They reached their peak in the late 70's/early 80's. Later in the 80's when they began to go downhill, three of the members left to launch their own band. The remaining members, including Jerry Dammer, went on to try and continue their career, but they weren't very successful. Some of their songs include Little Bitch and Too Much Too Young.

Word that is often used with the intended meaning of saying that everyone is unique in their own way; however, it mostly just confuses children, as it often results in the use of one word describing opposing ends of a spectrum (super-geniuses and the mentally handicapped, athletes and asthmatics, supermodels and trolls, etc, etc, etc.)

There is both "good" special and "bad" special:

good special: unique, extraordinary
bad special: mentally not all together intact
