A person who refuses to wear mask in crowded places in the middle of a pandemic just because that person read somewhere on Facebook that it's violating an individuals personal rights ( which definitely isn't something you should care about while in the middle of a pandemic) and because the person is a fat ugly Karen which sweats a lot and breathe badly because she's so fat.
