A socially awkward, typically college aged male who doesn't fit into a particular peer group, except with other zools.
Zools play poker in their parent's basement and split 2 beers between 4-6 guys and get drunk from this. This is likely happening when events like Homecoming or the prom are going on. Zools also are generally smarter than their peers, and when they become successful in their career or financially, they turn into douchebags. But deep inside, they're always a zool.
