Alike of homophobia or transphobia, zenlophobia is singling out or marginalising people for specific genders or sexualities. This is different to homophobia and transphobia, in that the zenlophobe doesn't mind gay or trans people, but perhaps cannot understand asexual people, or non-binary people. Zenlophobes can also be people who don't respect they/them pronouns because it's a "plural pronoun".
