A "youtuber" is simply one participating in watching Youtube videos. The amount of videos watched or uploaded by the youtuber is irrelevant. A person swimming for the first time in their life is still a "swimmer" at that moment in time, regardless of their experience. They might be a bad swimmer, but a swimmer nonetheless.

A person who makes content and uploads it to youtube. Most channels post vlogs, gaming and how to videos. Youtube is a back door into becoming a celebrity, multiple people are now very rich from their 'hobby'.
Recently drama has been taking over youtube with Logan and Jake Paul making diss tracks in order to gain views. Then the Sidemen join in and start youtube 'beef' for money.
Youtube is no longer a place to upload your own funny videos but rather a money making scheme.
