to woodchuck is to make plans with someone and then pretend you forgot them, or pretend plans weren't made to enable the (woodchuck) person to find more attractive plans.

After beating anorexia, this term refers to someone who stands no chance at either attacking or defending Friend. But it is still comical to those around them and frustrating to the Woodchuck. This person is most likely allergic to things such as water, freedom and fade away shots made by awkward basketball players.
