You cannot define this word. I have tried over and over again. I have spent years attempting to write anything that can even remotely begin to discern it's complicated sharps and turns! It's all twisting roots that pierce down through the earth, it's reaching branches that touch the stars far away, the furthest any of us can!

The endless pit of despair and hollowing looks that follows where it goes. I wish upon it not any enemies. For all they achieeve and obtain is worse than death, worse than losing yourself, worse and worse and worse.

Noun: a friend who is usually only called upon by a friend when a more primary/prominent friend is unavailable.

Taken from the term “second string” in an athletic competition situation. In football, if the star quarterback gets injured during a play, the second string is called off the bench to replace him/her. A “Second String Friend” is essentially benched until needed, if ever.
