Ryan: What do you think about my new car?
Vinnie: I think it's whippy.
Ryan: Haha. You better think that.
Vinnie: Why?
Ryan: It was a lot of money.

A wealthy hippie. Not of babay boomer age, way way younger. A gen y or x'er that pursues the hippie way of life with a price tag. Organic food, island retreats and yoga classes cost money. Only the cashed up can come close to this 21st century interpretation of a 'true' hippie.
I am heading to the hills of india for 3 months of intensive one on one yoga with my swami. I don't work just focus on me through an alternative lifestyle. Sure I am into eastern philosophy and reject capatilism as long as I can do my expesive and contrived take on a 'journey'.To bad your not a "whippie hippie, vegan, whippy" and can't come.

A combination wigger/hippie. Wears hemp necklaces and baggy jeans, or corduroys and a 50 Cent t-shirt. Likes Phish and the Roots. Nine times out of ten, they're pot dealers who started out college as hippies but slowly metamorphosed.
