A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

The best technique and true defintion is waking up and (in bed) immediately eating the 'six pre-packed' cakes that are sitting 'ready to eat' on your bedside table.

Derived from "wake and bake" its the act of waking up and doing cocaine. After a long night of partying, drinking and using, people are prone to wake up in a drowsy state. Wake and caking takes care of that morning tiredness.
J: "Yo man......wake up.....I got that rocket fuel, want to wake and cake?"
