Acronym for: Warn, Warn, Warn, Block
Once used on AIM to indicate increasing the warning level of a user the maximum number of times (three would get them to the max. of 35% provided they initiated to the IM), immediately followed by a block. Specific to the AIM service because no other IM protocols offered a warning feature.
