A white person or group or people who is/are obvious ideological terrorists (usually domestic), but because of their white privilege will never be classified as such by their government or main stream media (MSM).

White + ISIS = WHITESIS.
The recent mass shooting in Las Vegas, that resulted in the death of more than 50 concertgoers, was perpetrated by WHITESIS.
