Someone uttering useless sayings like, "At the end of the day ..., " "In reality ... , " & "To be honest with you ..." is guilty of serving verbal carbs.

Examples of Verbal Abuse-

Tommy:"Hey mom, guess what I did today."

Mom:"I don't care and shut the fuck up, my shows are on"

Tommy:"Fuck my life"

"Hey, Larry, you are doing a great job." Larry replies, "Man, you are doing a better job." The other replies, "Hey, all I know is that we are both doing a great job, but you, Larry, are a little bit better today." They both, conclude that they are the best. The verbal touching will continue until an innocent bystander usually vomits in their mouth from all the verbal touching between these people or groups of people.

"Your dad's a lesbian named Vicky!" - Verbal Abuse.

I was stuck in a verbal cuff with an annoying person
