The Vedanta is a spiritual approach to life and the universe. A Sanskrit sentence 'Tat Tvam Asi', which basically means "THAT THOU ART", or "YOU ARE THAT"; forms the basic foundation of Vedanta by affirming that a person is not just a part of the universe, in fact, he IS the universe, the Self - in its original, pure, primordial state - is wholly or partially identifiable or identical with the Ultimate Reality that is the ground and origin of all phenomena.

This approach is no way religious, it is rather spiritual. It questions the existence of a separate God, by establishing the "soul" to be the all pervading energy of the universe, thus answering various mysteries. It is even said that Vedanta gives a credible explanation for the origin of the universe. Vedanta was, and is held in high regard by various mathematicians and physicists.
β€œThis life of yours, which you are living, is not merely a piece of this entire existence, but in a certain sense the β€˜whole’; only this whole is not so constituted that it can be surveyed in one single glance. This, as we know, is what the Brahmins express in that sacred, mystic formula of Vedanta which is yet really so simple and so clear: tat tvam asi, this is you. Or, again, in such words as I am in the east and the west, I am above and below, I am this entire world.” - Erwin Schrodinger.

May 22 Word of the Day
A moment that is generally agreed to have had a significant influence on pop culture and everyday life. While the term was coined by Rose McGowan in context of the #MeToo movement, and is mostly associated with the K-pop community, the phenomenon is universal and a basic component of how culture works.

Real world events such as social/political movements, the election of a new U.S. President, major catastrophes and disasters, as well as entertainment such as movies, music and TV, can all function as cultural resets. Notable cultural resets in relatively recent memory include:

* The Beatles appearing on the Ed Sullivan show in 1964
* The Watergate scandal of 1974
* The release of Nevermind by Nirvana in 1991
* The September 11, 2001 attacks
* The election and inauguration of Barack Obama in 2009
* The COVID-19 pandemic
"The Nineties politically started with the fall of the Berlin Wall on November 9, 1989 and the Soviet Union dissolving on December 26, 1991, and ended with both the 2000 Presidential election which saw the victory of George W. Bush and the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 which left people so stupefied that it functioned as something of a cultural reset button." - TV Tropes' article on the 1990s
