1. A Vambee is any vampire that returns from the dead as a zombie. They retain their thirst for blood, but also gain a hunger for flesh. They suffer from the slow staggering movement known to zombies, but are extremely hard to kill, and must be repeatedly dismembered before they finally go down.

A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.
