An unresolution is an overindulgence in whatever you want to change. When you want to quit. Don't. Overindulge in it until you are so sick of it . . . that will cause you to change your way and see how bad it is. Then you will make that change.
Why make New Years resolutions . . . when you can make unresolutions. I have never meet a person who has kept a resolution for more than a few weeks. Drink less coffee? No - Drink so much coffee until you are sick of it. Quick smoking? Nope - Camel No-Filters - - x2. Loose weight? Not a chance . . eat till you hurt. Then eat some more. Less World of War Craft? Not a chance. . . play till your eyes ache. . . then play some more, when you want to quit. Don't. Keep going until you are so sick of it . . . that will cause you to change your way and see how bad it is. Then you will make that change.
