Some take the japanese dialect "Ojiisan", and add it to the japanese dialect "Tan" to combine it into a less formal dialect, which seems to be commonly used in Japan. Some dictionaries have decided to add the "modern dialect" Ujiitan to their registries, but although not all dictionaries have grown accustomed to it the word is perfectly acceptable throughout japanese culture. I learned this studying abroad, and Americans usually associate the word with a pokemon named Tony or something, which has a photoshopped face.

Ujiitan is a term coined in 2018 by a school in Japan, roughly meaning "truffle butter-dirty sanchez". Its a high class word thrown around in locker rooms by uber-bros and the elite-percent referring to the froth that develops outside of a pokemons mouth when they deliver rigorous oral sex on a penis that has previously penetrated the anus of another pokemon. The foam/ujiitan is usually a tan color, celebrating the ordeal in lavishly bland tones that directly reference the diet of said pokemon.
