Short for Up Your Nose With A Rubber Hose. When someone is mean to you, and you get real angry, than you can say, "UYNWARH," or just say, "UP YOUR NOSE WITH A RUBBER HOSE.
Or if someone won't drink activated charcoal to remove toxins from their stomach for example if they drunk too much, and wouldn't drink the charcoal than the Drs. put a tube up their nose and pass it into their stomach, and give them the charcoal through it.
