A Tweetzophrenic will make up scenarios and tweet about nonexistent people they "hate" or "love." By doing so, their followers will think the tweeter has a life or they might actually relate to the tweet and retweet it.
A Tweetzophrenic would tweet the following:

"I like you so much, I just wish you would notice me. #invisiblegirlproblems"
"I think about you all the time."
