The shortened version of twatwaffle but with the implication that the twat is that much more awful. It allows knowing parties to communicate about said twatwaffle in their company or to communicate about the twatwaffle in a setting where the use of the full term twatwaffle might offend or result in expulsion.

Used to describe (generally female) imagery that's suggestive, but in a PG-13 sense rather than an R or above sense.
