The turtlehead poke requires a specific diet that hardens
fecal matter for the male. When step one is accomplished the male creates a
turtlehead by defacating and stopping in mid-release. This requires a very
steady and patient ass. He then inserts the fecal matter into the female's
vagina without breaking it off. It is a near impossible feat but when
accomplished there is nothing quite like it.
