When one yells out that he or she has a turbo and is going really fast. A racing group in the Dustball Rally. One that loves to go fast in a turbocharged car when intoxicated. A cocky racer and a shit talker.
"It's a Turbo Baby, a turbo" Andy says when driving past another fast car wanting to race after a night out at a club.
