Spanish translation of the often used word in the English language "Your mom"
Use with caution as it may be the cause of yourself getting beat up if said to a Mexican man.
The advantage of typing Tu Mama rather that Your Mom are that it is shorter and those not affiliated with the Spanish language may not understand, hence you are able to make fun of them without them knowing.

An Englishman would say, "Your mom is ugly."
But, if one were to add the Spanish touch, it would become,
"Tu Mama is ugly."

Translation: ". . .and your mother, too." Used to answer back when somebody says, "Chinga tu madre" ("Fuck your mother"), or even when it's not said, but you think the other guy has it in his mind to say it.

A phrase originally said by Vanessa to her mother, Patricia. Eventually, Grandma Marie adopted the phrase and began to use it in her everyday life when referring to anyone funny, silly, or just plain crazy. All members of the Paras family now use this phrase as well, it's quite popular, along with "haci es la cosa."
