A trumed is a combination of transmedicalist (someome who wants transgender health care to be covered by insurance) and truscum (means true scum. it was used as an insult to trans people who believed that gender dysphoria and/or gender incongruence is needed to be trans)

Many trumeds that I've met are rather kind, a majority of them dislike Kalvin Garrah's social media presence because they feel like it comes off as a voice for them, when it's really not. Kalvin is more of an extreme trumed and is not claimed by many in the community.
My friend Dywne believes in trumedicalism, he thinks that enbies are neat and deserve as much rights as binary trans individuals. He's so cool.

Trans individuals deserve rights and general equality in society. We shouldn't have to pay for surgeries that relieve some of the things we go through. We are trumed, we are proud and wish to be treated as equals.
