"to tread water" is an idiom, that means: To put a lot of time and effort into something, but not get much of a result, or get a better result that you might have been getting previously.
Guy 1 : "Man, all day I've been sitting here thinking, all I do is tread water lately.... "
Guy 2: " Why's that? "
Guy 1: " I don't know, maybe I haven't been pushing myself hard enough lately. Maybe I need to go back to my roots, and just grind like I used to. "

A zombie-like stance that treadmill users take when they grip the treadmill screen and walk.
This stance is typically used by people who are new to the gym or don't work out often.
Not necessary for people who don't user walkers in real life.

Refers to the tightness of a girl's vagina. If a girl has a loose vag, she is said to have very little (if any) tread on her tires.
Hey, how was hooking up with Sarah last night?
Let's just say there's no tread on the tires.
She was that loose?
It was like throwing a hot dog down a hallway.
Gross.
