A person who is biologically nonintellectual, but feels that his or her “true” self is actually intellectual. Such an individual undergoes a battery of psychological, social, and potentially surgical treatments in order to resemble their perceived intellectual self as closely as possible, and to “pass” as an intellectual in society with the greatest degree of ease.
