A person who dyes their hair a vibrant and unnatural color, typically to stand out as blatantly as possible. They are usually accompanied by a non-binary gender, or some other odd sexuality. Sometimes they are compared to certain species of toxic animals, who use their vibrant colors to warn others of their extreme toxicity.
