A Completely Useless Person.
-This goes far beyond being a so called "tool"...at a least a tool, the object itself, can be useful. Whereas a Toolbag is completely Useless apart from Holding 'tools' Itself.
-Kind of like designing a shovel that would stand up by itself,...instead of a person standing there "holding the shovel up" and watching the other person working.

When someone's acting really gay (thinks his subaru is a mercedes benz, thinks speaking in aim talk is legit, and has a huge schnoz) they can also be be referred to as a subychild, they are a TOOL BAG.

A word with literally no meaning at all. It is supposed to be an insult, but it fails consistently. It actually has a reversed result and makes the insulter look worse than the individual being insulted.
