After the person imported the car they will list the car as "no tijuaneado" meaning the car has not received the abuse that cars suffer from being driven on a daily basis on the streets of Tijuana. Sometimes the car has been used in Tijuana for several years and the owner will still advertise the car as "no tijuaneado" in an attempt to increase the car's value.
