A German heavy tank that was widely successful during WWII. It featured thick armor and an 88mm gun, big enough to deal with the American tanks. The Tiger 131, (another calling card) had only one drawback: there wasn't enough. There were 1,300 Tigers, and 50,000 Shermans. Tiger crews typically ran out of ammo before the Allies ran out of tanks.
