A game played between two light skinned black men who challenge each other for the other's melanin. The game is much like Tic Tac Toe expect instead of Xs and Os you play with images, or initials, of famous black figures throughout history. The winner of Tic Blac Toe becomes dark skin black while the loser becomes completely white.
LeBron: I can't believe Cavin beat me in Tic Blac Toe. Now I'm gonna have to change my name to something... whiter?
