"The Voir" is a very unique place. It is impossible for one to think they are on The Voir if they are not as it is defined by some distinct landmark boundaries. If you are not in Shaker Heights- you are not on The Voir. If you are past the railroad tracks- you are on Belvoir Oval...not The Voir. The Voir is real, and those who inhabit it follow Executive Order 20348 to the letter, and will not ever love these hoes.
