The struggle pisser exerts so much energy that it causes perspiration and appears as if the person has just engaged in a marathon. so exasberated by the activity, the struggle pisser needs to lean against the wall to regain composure. It is not uncommon for the struggle pisser to flatulate as a result of the force required.
Bill: "Howie! Are you having a heart attack or giving birth to a 5 year old? You are beat red!!!"
Howie: "Nah, my prostate is inflamed and I had to force out my pee."
